I began my fitness journey when I was 15 years old, I was that scrawny kid in school who got picked on for being ''weaker'' and less athletically gifted than others. I got to a pretty high level in football but lacked in the physical department which stopped me from wanting to reach my dreams of being pro. I needed to make a change and make something for myself so I put the work and everything I did after that moment is why I am the person I am today. I can now confidently say I am happy with how I look and I have competed in many powerlifting competitions including British nationals which I most proud of. Growing up i was always very self conscious of the way i looked to the point i would refuse to have any pictures taken of me and then In my early teens i had developed an awful relationship with food which then later developed into an eating disorder. A year into my eating disorder i had started going to the gym and i admit it wasn't for the right reasons however, the more i went the more i fell in love with it i started to watch gym vlogs on YouTube and TikTok it inspired me to start actually eating right and doing things the right way. Shortly after my relationship with food started to blossom and my love for weight training followed right along, the gym well and truly saved me and it's what's inspired me to help transform peoples lifestyles and bodies through healthier eating as well as maintaining a balance and weight training
